Architectural Services
Initially, you will receive a consultation where we determine the scope of your project. This will allow us to fully understand what you expect out of us & your project. We will then collaborate with you to create a conceptual design based on your style & ideas that will fit within your budget. In some cases we will be required to cooperate with either an architectural review board and or a homeowners association. In either case you will have our experience on your side to assist you through this process. The final step is to proceed using the conceptual design to create the necessary construction documents needed for most municipalities in order to receive a building permit. You will be one step closer to bringing your ideas to reality.
Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) Services
We are able to recreate a set of plans in CAD format from an existing physical paper set, or if you have a conceptual design already completed, we can continue with your design & create a working set of construction documents. we also provide drafting services for many architectural firms in the Denver area. If you already have the design figured out & need plans simply drawn in CAD format, we are here for you.
Field support
It is extremely important to choose someone that will be available for you even after your drawings are complete. We will provide continuing support through the construction of your project. We are professionals & we want to make sure every client of ours will use us again in the future or refer us on to a friend.
